breakfast was good, but overpriced. the shuttle service is a joke, no one picked us up from the airport, and don't even get me started on the lazy staff. I expected a room upgrade for my troubles but instead got a basic room without even a welcome gift.

the hotel is conveniently close to the beautiful Jardin alpin, perfect for a peaceful stroll, and just a short walk to the impressive International Red Cross museum, which made my weekend exploration truly enjoyable.

Spacious room, convenient location, with a wonderful outdoor swimming pool that provided a refreshing break after a day of exploration and a friendly bar area for evening relaxation.

Free WiFi was solid, but waiting over an hour for the shuttle was frustrating.
